Pricing FAQ

How do credits work?

Each API service consumes a specific number of credits. Purchase credits in bulk packages and use them as needed. Credits are automatically deducted when you retrieve completed audio files.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If your balance is insufficient, API requests will fail. You can purchase more credits anytime, or enable auto top-up to automatically refill your balance when it reaches a threshold.

Do previews cost credits?

No! 30-second previews are free for accounts with purchased credits. Credits are only deducted when you retrieve the final full-length audio.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

All credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase, so please choose a package that fits your expected usage.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No, we use a pay-as-you-go model with prepaid credits. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Purchase credits when you need them.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes! The Medium package saves 10% and the Large package saves 20% compared to the Small package unit price. For enterprise volumes, contact us for custom pricing.
