How it Works
  • • Purchase API Credits – Buy API credits in flexible packages, with volume discounts available for larger purchases.

  • • Use Credits for API Requests – Each API request deducts the required number of credits from your balance.

  • • Real-time Usage Tracking – Monitor your credit balance and usage history in your account dashboard.

  • • Enable Auto Top-Up (Optional) – Prevent service interruptions by enabling automatic re-billing, triggered when your balance falls below a set threshold.

Important Information
  • • Prepaid API credits are required to use the Tonn API with your unique API key.

  • • Credits are automatically deducted when you retrieve the completed mastered or mixed audio file(s) via the API.

  • • Auto Top-Up – To ensure successful API requests without disruption, you can enable Auto Top-Up in your account. This will re-bill the credit or debit card kept on file once your available credits reach a defined lower threshold.

  • • API Credit Expiry – API Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Unused API credits will not carry over beyond this period.

  • • Non-refundable Purchases – All purchases are non-refundable. Please choose a package that fits your needs.
