How do credits work?

Each API service consumes a specific number of credits. Purchase credits in bulk packages and use them as needed. Credits are automatically deducted when you retrieve completed audio files.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If your balance is insufficient, API requests will fail. You can purchase more credits anytime, or enable auto top-up to automatically refill your balance when it reaches a threshold.

Do previews cost credits?

No! 30-second previews are free for accounts with purchased credits. Credits are only deducted when you retrieve the final full-length audio.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Credit purchases are final, but your credits stay valid for a full 12 months. Use free 30-second previews to test results before committing credits, so you always know what you're getting.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No, we use a pay-as-you-go model with prepaid credits. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Purchase credits when you need them.

Do you offer volume discounts?
